Cancellations

• By ordering from us, you agree that it is possible, that on the very rare occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order may be cancelled at anytime. If these unfortunate circumstances arise and the order is already in progress you agree that you will not be refunded 100% of the original order.

• If only the proof has been sent, you will be refunded 80% of your original order cost, if printing has already commenced, the refund value will 50% of the original order. If the order is printed but not yet in transit, the refund value will be 25% of the original order.

Returns

Our personalised products

• Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer a returns service. After making a purchase you will receive a proof of your order and a request for details for personalisation. Once you send us back the details for personalisation we will send another proof. This proofing period is the time to make any changes.

Once the final proof is received from you, we cannot refund your order as personalised products are custom made for you and cannot be resold.

Our non-personalised products

• If you have purchased a non-personalised product from us and want to return it, it must be returned, unopened, within 14 days of purchase, in original packaging, in pristine, original condition.

Please obtain receipt of your delivery and email a copy to let us know to expect your return.

The return delivery cost will not be refunded.

If you destroy, throw away or diminish the value of any product you will not be eligible for a refund.

• In the unlikely event that there is any problem with your order, get in touch and we will do all we can to resolve the problem for you in the best way possible.
