What is your returns policy?
Our personalised products
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer a returns service. After making a purchase you will receive a proof of your order and a request for details for personalisation. Once you send us back the details for personalisation we will send another proof. This proofing period is the time to make any changes.
Once the final proof is received from you, we cannot refund your order as personalised products are custom made for you and cannot be resold.
Our non-personalised products
If you have purchased a non-personalised product from us and want to return it, it must be returned, unopened, within 14 days of purchase, in original packaging, in pristine, original condition.
Please obtain receipt of your delivery and email a copy to let us know to expect your return.
The return delivery cost will not be refunded.
If you destroy, throw away or diminish the value of any product you will not be eligible for a refund.
In the unlikely event that there is any problem with your order, get in touch and we will do all we can to resolve the problem for you in the best way possible.
What is your proofing process?
Our personalised products are custom-made for you so after making a purchase you will receive a proof of your order and a request for details for personalisation via email. This is the beginning of the proofing stage.
Once you send us back the details for personalisation we will send another proof. This proofing period is your time to make any changes before your order goes to print.
Once the final proof is received from you, we cannot make any changes to your order. Your custom products will arrive within two weeks of the final proof being received by us. We will confirm receipt of your final proof so you have confirmation and a delivery date. At this point your custom order has gone to print and is non-refundable. However, if any issues do arise, please get in touch asap and we will do all we can to solve the problem.
How are orders delivered?
Orders are delivered by fast and safe Royal Mail tracked delivery for your peace of mind. We will let you know that your order is on the way. You will have a tracking number so you can check and manage delivery.
This is the same for both UK and overseas delivery.
Overseas Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Depending where you live delivery may take between 3 and 10 working days. For Europe, it’s between 3 and roughly 5 working days.
Depending on the laws of your country, you may also be liable for custom charges. We are not liable for these charges however you will be accustomed to these costs and your local customs authorities can give you further information.
