How we use your data

We’ve got to do this to perform our contract with you (so you can tell when your order is coming. We send you information by email about our new products to keep you up to date. We only send this with your permission.

This means your card’s security/CVV code, this is processed by a secure payment provider and we do not keep your card details.

We use this information to take payment, and give refunds

Your contact history with us

This means a history of what you’ve said to us and what we’ve said to you for example, emails to each other or live chat information.

We use this information to provide customer service and support, we have to do this to perform our contract with you and it helps us provide you with a better service.

Purchase history and saved items

This includes what you’ve bought and what you’ve stored in your basket for another time.

We use this information to perform our contract with you, as you need to be able to store things in your basket to purchase them. We also use this information for customer service and support and to handle refunds or issues with orders, something we need to do to perform our contract with you.

Information about your phone or laptop, and how you use our website and app

Information you give us when you browse our site, includes your IP address and device type.

We use this information to improve our website offering and enable a better shopping experience for you. We will also use this to protect our website from malicious users or cyber attacks.

Guest lists and guest addresses for personalised stationery and products

For personalised stationery and products you may need to provide us with a list of your guest names to be printed on your stationery. This can also sometimes include using the addresses of your guests to print on invitation envelopes.

By providing us with this information, we make the assumption that you have consent from your guests that you can share this information with us. We are unable to gain this consent from your guests ourselves, and so it is your responsibility to omit any information about any guests who do not wish it to be shared with us for use on your order.

We use this information in the manner in which it is required. This can include guests' names being printed on stationery such as invitations, save the dates, place cards, table plans or thank you cards. It can also include printing guests' addresses on envelopes for your stationery. 

Once this information has been provided to us, we will hold this information as securely as possible and use it exclusively to process your order. This information will not be used for any other purpose than to complete the part of your order for which it is required.

Your responses to surveys, competitions and promotions

We use this information to periodically run surveys, competitions or promotions, which will require us to use your information in order to accept your entry and process the prize if you were to win, run the survey, competition or promotion

You don’t need to share personal information with us, but unfortunately if you don’t you likely will not be able to purchase successfully from us and the website will likely not function for you.  

Use of your information
